This Privacy Policy governs the use of the WakeStop mobile application made available via the Apple App Store (“Services”). The Services may provide users with access to informational resources, interactive functionality, and user-generated content. WakeStop does not collect, process, transmit, or store any Personal Data. The WakeStop Services rely exclusively on location data stored on the user's device to provide proximity alerts. All calculations and outputs presented within the Services are performed locally on the user's device, and no personal information is transmitted to or retained by WakeStop.

The WakeStop Services are administered from WakeStop's offices in Sydney, Australia. WakeStop makes no representation that the Services or any related content are appropriate or lawful for use outside Australia. Access to the Services from jurisdictions in which such use is unlawful is strictly prohibited. Users accessing the Services from outside Australia do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Content from the Services may not be exported or re-exported in contravention of United States export control laws and regulations.
